This Audi Queensway is a 65,000 sq.ft. dealership located at The Queensway and East Mall featuring to the new Audi identity. The dealership includes a 20,000 sq.ft. showroom, 10,000 sq.ft. used car display, and a state of the art service facility with equipment able to handle over 25 vehicles at any given time. The facility also includes a 15,000 sq.ft. basement for additional services as required. The building is equipped with an in ground filtration and recharger systems to limit the storm water discharge into the city storm water systems. A 35,000 sq.ft. green roof was installed to also assist with storm water retention. A gorgeous landscaped patio, customer bistro and car wash were also installed.

Demolition and renovation of an existing dealership to meet the new design requirements of Land Rover and Jaguar totaling12,500 sf and including a complete new showroom.

Located in Dorval, this new dealership of 16,000 sf includes an 8 service bays garage, an alignment stop, and two wash bays. The envelope is composed of curtain wall, aluminium composite panels, and corrugated metallic coating while the main showroom features a reflective ceramic wall and suspended ceiling panels held by aircraft cables.

This Audi car dealership is the third in Canada to incorporate the official Audi signature. Located on the south shore of Montreal in LaPrairie, it features a 3,265 sf showroom and a new vehicle delivery area of 840 sf., and was completed in a mere 8 weeks.

Being constructed on a 5 acre site at the corner of Mayfield Road and Hwy 410, this state-of-the-art $13M facility will include a 62,000 sq-ft building.The dealership features a 25,000 sq.ft showroom equipped to handle more than 20 vehicles at any given time. The facilities also include a customer bistro, car wash and workout facilities for staff and customers.The dealership was completed in the new Mercedes Benz Corporate Signature brand and opened its doors spring 2015.

New 38 000 sq. ft. car dealership. The site on which the building was built was an old dump site; Reliance’s team came up with economical method to remediate the site and render it suitable to build. Being the first new Audi 2011 Corporate Design built in Canada, Reliance needed to locally procure all the specified German products. Reliance’s sourced products have become the new Canadian standard specification: from exterior and interior lighting, ceilings, and exterior details, Reliance acted as design manager, adapting the German design to our local conditions. The exterior cladding is made of aluminum curtain wall with oversize glass dimensions, aluminum composite panels, masonry and a unique mesh cladding, very particular to the Audi Program.

The construction was completed in a record time of 5 months, at the same time being the first dealership with the new Audi image in Canada.

Renovation and extension of a Lexus dealership in Ste. Julie, Quebec. The project included taking down interior and exterior walls to accommodate a new showroom, added wash bays and service bays, as well as an extended mezzanine. Work was completed on budget and ahead of schedule.
