Transport and logistics companies have sought out Reliance’s combination of fast-track and quality construction to construct parking, staging and maintenance facilities in the 80’s and 90’s. Reliance quickly developed a niche specializing in automotive facilities, including truck stops, maintenance bays, staging areas, car dealership showrooms and car manufacturer maintenance facilities requiring complicated logistics, in order to build new and extend existing facilities as operations continued as usual.

As an illustration corroborating our success in this specialized market, as of 2010, Reliance had completed over 50 car and truck dealerships alone.
