The complete renovation and transformation of the existing 217,000 square foot Ogilvy Store as well as an expansion of 40,000 sf of retail space in the new Quadrilatère de la Montagne building started in the fall of 2017. A unique feature of this project is the articulated storefront and canopy at the new public entrance, on Ave. de la Montagne. This project became the flagship store for the Holt Renfrew banner.

MYX condos, the next installment in a mix of condos, lofts and townhouses that includes Evolo X, Evolo S, Evolo 2, Evolo 1, Pavillon Evolo and ZUNI, located on the Pointe-Nord in Nun’s Island includes 378,000 sq.ft. of gross constructed area and is scheduled to start in the fall of 2018. The third phase of the famed residential Tour des Canadiens project, located just south of the Bell Center, includes an all-glass 54 storey, 528,000 sq.ft. above grade tower featuring 565 residential units. The building’s amenities of this $150M project encompasses multiple party rooms, retail stores, a gym, a game room, an indoor pool, a lounge, a spa and outdoor terraces, and an indoor rooftop skylounge. The landscape components include not one, but two parks adjacent to the tower – including a unique urban design for a pocket park with water features on north and south sides.

Reliance was responsible for the fit up and contracting for 106 designer boutiques totalling over 46,000 sf, inside the Holt Renfrew flagship store, working with suppliers and designers from all over the world, in a synchronized manner to coordinate a store opening date.

Simons new 40' high distribution facility in Quebec City includes 470,000 sq.ft. of warehouse, 47 shipping and receiving doors, along with an attached 110,000 sq.ft. office facility.

The Lyonleaf facility is one of Quebec’s leading producer of cannabis products. Due to the distinct conditions the plants have to be grown in, the construction included the installation of insulated walls, as well as sophisticated and complex air conditioning, ventilation, humidification, and drying systems, all centrally controlled to accommodate specific environmental conditions. This intricate existing building required a complete rebuild from inside-out to accommodate extensive mechanical rooms, roof structures, and specialized flooring. Composed of approximately 50 rooms, 30 of those rooms house diverse types of production, each requiring a specific environment.

A walking distance from Carrefour Laval and in close proximity of the city’s downtown area, Central Parc Laval R2 will feature 193 units and 19 floors including a mezzanine on the top floor complete with all the amenities needed to appreciate the view. This urban rooftop terrace covers 1,700 square feet and is equipped with an infinity pool, a sauna, a barbeque area, a bar lounge, and a common area offering a vacation atmosphere at home. The lobby will offer a spacious multi-purpose room and kitchenette for the tenants to host a variety of events for leisure and business purposes.

The 30,000 square feet renovation of the hotel’s public area will include a brand-new façade and canopy as well as the expansion of the exising aquatic center including an SPA and Nordic baths totalling 15,000 square feet. Aside from the beautiful tall ceilings and fireplace at the lobby, the public space will host artwork by local artists, one of which is a very large decorative leaf that will hang over the reception area.
