Construction of new condominium, restoring the existing historic brick facade. Originally a two storey building, two additional storeys will be added, marrying a modern facade to the historic one below. To accommodate a new underground parking garage, underpinning of the existing facade and the neighbor's properties was necessary. The building houses 22 residential units with hardwood floors and European style kitchens.

Reliance’s reputation for attention to detail promoted the company to successfully enter into contract with Harry Rosen Retail Stores, the standard in high end men’s fashion throughout Canada, to build their flagship downtown Montreal store of 25,000 square feet on two floors. The store included specialized boutiques, an atrium, escalators, luxurious floor finishes and fixtures. In addition, Reliance completed other retail stores for Harry Rosen in Ottawa's Rideau Center Mall, Montreal's Rockland Mall and Carrefour Laval. In 2015, Reliance has undertaken the expansion and renovations of Harry Rosen’s downtown store, updating the brand of the clothing company on a total sales floor area of 31,600 square feet.

This project required the demolition of an existing car showroom and reconstruction of new one, including the renovation of the existing parts area, service department and administrative offices totaling 22,000 square feet.
Canada Post Control Center 1993  |  20,000 sf
Contract delivery :
Part of the head office complex for Canada Post in Ottawa, the Control Center accounted for almost $20,000,000 of the project’s overall construction cost, a figure indicative of the complexity of the work involved. It houses the world’s most sophisticated mail monitoring system, together with advanced-technology communications and computing facilities that tie the system to regional centers across the country and provide its national intelligence. Built to clean room standards, the center features multi-level computer flooring, several thousand meters of communication and power cabling, and provision for special systems to control air exchanges within the environment.

Renovation and extension of a Lexus dealership in Ste. Julie, Quebec. The project included taking down interior and exterior walls to accommodate a new showroom, added wash bays and service bays, as well as an extended mezzanine. Work was completed on budget and ahead of schedule.

4469 Ste-Catherine St. West is the development of a 5-storey rental building, complete with an underground parking garage. The frontage of the building is made of Quebec St. Marc stone and features artisan zinc sloping roof panels. The building replaces a vacant lot between two existing buildings at the corner of Ste-Catherine Street, and Metcalfe Street in the Westmount municipality.
