Our diverse experience in this field began in the 1980’s as the international tourist and business boom gave rise to demand for independent high end hotels complete with business conference centers, banquet halls, restaurants and shopping areas. By 2010, Reliance had completed over 750 hotel rooms and associated conference spaces. As the market evolved and baby boomers turned into empty nesters, high rise condominium construction became more common. Our vast experience in this domain ranges from affordable residential units for first-time buyers to condominium developments for seasoned buyers, complete with high-end amenities. In 2009, the Canadian housing market emerged from the recession and by 2010, Reliance had completed or had under construction over 3,000 condo units in eastern Canada.

This iconic super high-rise twin tower, Canada House, located next to the Rogers Center, and developed by Concord Pacific Group, is valued at over $400 million, includes an 82 and a 70 storey tower, totaling over 1,730,000 sf of construction, 1,397 units, luxurious amenities such as touchless car wash facilities, 6 levels of underground parking and a 12 storey podium.



Canada House's design is a tribute to all that is Canadian. Included in the façade are specifically designed lights and colored panels, that once illuminated, take the shape of the Canadian Maple Leaf. Additionally, an exterior "lake" for canoeing, echoing Canada's vast rivers, transforms into a skating rink in the winter. The suites include oversize tiled bathrooms, fully decked balconies, complete with infrared heaters, like the ones found on restaurant terraces across Canada, custom doors and frames, and Miele's newest technological achievement - ductless dryers.

Seasons, a twin tower family oriented development in North York, developed by Concord Pacific Group, is valued at $200 million, includes a 39 and a 42 storey tower, 926,000 sf of construction, 694 suites and townhouses, and luxurious amenities such an outdoor skating rink, lush landscaping, 4 levels of underground parking and a 2 storey podium.



The Seasons project is a continuation and evolution of the Park Place development located in North York where a new destination for family living has been created. This project continues the tradition of extensive amenities as part of the project, in addition to lush green spaces, and a park area, and features 4 floors of underground parking, and a 2 floor podium. The suites include luxurious bathrooms, high-end European appliances and functional kitchens.

Located in picturesque South Oakville, the redevelopment of the existing 1970’s era Bronte Village Mall will include the construction of two new modern residential towers that will contain 481 luxurious suites with 614 underground spaces and will also include the addition of 15,000 square feet of retail space. The suites will range from 700 square feet to over 1200 square feet and will be equipped with high end finishes and appliances. Additionally the buildings will be fully equipped with amenities including a pool, roof-top patio and lounge, party room, and a fitness room. Developed by Crombie REIT and Prince Development, this revitalization will hold true to the current aesthetic and culture of the Bronte neighbourhood and will bring an attractive and exciting renewal to the area.

Tour des Canadiens 3 Under construction  |  685,000 s.f.

The third phase of the famed residential Tour des Canadiens project, located just south of the Bell Center, includes an all-glass 54 storey, 528,000 sq.ft. above grade tower featuring 565 residential units. The building’s amenities of this $150M project encompasses multiple party rooms, retail stores, a gym, a game room, an indoor pool, a lounge, a spa and outdoor terraces, and an indoor rooftop skylounge. The landscape components include not one, but two parks adjacent to the tower – including a unique urban design for a pocket park with water features on north and south sides.

MYX condos, the next installment in a mix of condos, lofts and townhouses that includes Evolo X, Evolo S, Evolo 2, Evolo 1, Pavillon Evolo and ZUNI, located on the Pointe-Nord in Nun’s Island includes 378,000 sq.ft. of gross constructed area and is scheduled to start in the fall of 2018. The project consists of 196 units over 8 storeys and will feature a rooftop pool and chalet complete with kitchen, fireplace, communal table, indoor and outdoor lounges, and a state of the art rooftop gym. Additionally, the commercial ground floor will feature outdoor covered parking for commercial clients.



LeCour Langhorne Under construction  |  61,000 sf

Luxurious 3 storey townhouses located in the upscale neighbourhood of Hampstead, Quebec. Including 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms options, the units range from 2,580 sf to 3,120 sf with private 2 car underground garages and 9’ ceilings. The development also includes luxurious yards for each townhouse, car charging station infrastructure, and innovative energy conservation design elements. The project is developed by The Benvenuto Group and designed by NEUF Architect(e)s.


Central Parc Laval Under construction  |  352,000 sf
Contract delivery :
22-storey apartment project featuring 198 high-end rental units. Located near Carrefour Laval, this building is planned to be part of 6 building multi-use residential complex including a large private park, commercial units and a hotel. The building features two-storeys of underground parking, a rooftop pool and a gym with a scenic view and panoramic windows at the top floor. Due to new zoning regulations and restrictions, Terra will be the last building allowed in Laval above 15 storeys.

Gallery sur le Canal Phase 2 Under construction  |  240,000 sf

The second phase of this Griffintown project, Gallery Lofts sur le Canal 2, will feature 145 luxurious condo units over a total of 240,000 sf. Located near the Lachine Canal, two towers of 14 and 9 floors respectively will complete this concept elaborated by Geiger Huot Architects. The project is currently under construction.

This 16 storey residential rental property is situated in the heart of downtown Montreal and includes 3 underground parking levels. Its envelope will be composed of curtain wall, brick, precast, and will incorporate the existing facade of the 400 Dowd heritage building which will be fully restored to its original look, and merged with a new and modern addition.

In order to reach the desired basement levels, Reliance needed to blast 5 meters of rock. Seismographs were installed in various locations in order to monitor the vibrations of the surroundings buildings. In order not to disturb the adjacent historical building's rubble foundations, Reliance proposed a secant wall installation in lieu of conventional underpinning. A method rarely used in Montreal.

Opening is planned for summer 2019.

Evolo X Under construction  |  335,000 sf

Evolo X is the largest and most luxurious building to be constructed on Ile-des-Soeur’s Pointe Nord. With 36 floors and 9’-0” ceilings offered as the standard, in addition to amenity spaces such as cinema rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, the building rounds off the Evolo projects as the jewel of the development. Living spaces range from 600 sf to 4,000 sf including lavish penthouses at the upper floors.
