Competitive Bidding, Value Engineering or Direct Negotiation
We work to tight budgets and we work within budget – invariably. There is evidence for this in the demand for our services as value engineers, in the record of our relationships with our customers and in the record of our performance in bidding competitions. The majority of our customers, content with our approach to pricing, skirt the tendering process altogether in favor of direct negotiation. In the competitions we enter, our bids tend to be among the lowest; our success rate, some 35 percent, is high relative to the industry norm.
