Pavillon C is the first waterfront mid-rise building on Pointe-Nord, Nuns’ Island that offers the exclusive opportunity to live in an intimate building, on the water’s edge, nestled between the pedestrian plaza and the gardens of Evolo 2. This five-storey building, consisting of only 39 condos ranging from 665 to 1,175 sq ft, plus four exclusive penthouses with vast rooftop terraces, is a model of intelligent design. The building includes a humidity controlled warehouse area and repair room for guitar storage and repair, production areas, 20,000 square feet of finished offices and a 2 storey acoustically treated showroom for high-end speaker and amplifier demonstrations.

Office and warehousing facility.

A 90,000 sf head office and warehousing facility for The Mobilia Furniture Store chain. Concrete slab met extremely stringent tolerances to allow for computer warehouse racking systems.

A92,000 sf head office for sports equipment manufacturer, including 25,000 sf of finished offices, separate production and testing areas and finished showroom space.

Mitec Telecom’s head office, production facility and distribution center totaling 95,000 square feet, includes a full working cafeteria, 20,000 square feet of offices, and a fully air-conditioned 60,000 square foot production area complete with its anti-static floor covering, burn-in and refrigeration test chambers and 100 foot candle lighting levels.

Construction activities at Pfizer's Canadian head offices wereperformed in phases, without interruption at any time to the office environment. The first phase, totaling 75,000 sf of new construction and completed in 1999, consisted of 3 new office levels including one level below grade with a 3 storey atrium including a large skylight. In 2001 Reliance was retained to add a 25,000 sf4th storey above the 1999 office building including a new skylight. The last phase, completed in 2002, involved the renovation of the reception area, drop-off area and new landscaping; the office remained in full operation during the expansion.
