Projects | Retail Facilities

Reliance’s retail construction experience ranges from individual stores, strip centers, power centers, big box stores and regional shopping malls, to individual high end boutiques. Our dossier in the retail sector features some fifty shopping centers, over 100 big box stores, and a client base that includes some of the most aggressive retail chains on the continent. Forced by the nature of their business to be especially intolerant of construction delays, retailers are drawn to Reliance by the Company’s consistently successful performance in projects with tough deadlines. Customer satisfaction is evident in the volume of repeat business: Wal-Mart, Sears, Costco, Zellers, Rona and Toys ‘R' Us alone account for almost sixty stores completed in the last ten years.
