Our diverse experience in this field began in the 1980’s as the international tourist and business boom gave rise to demand for independent high end hotels complete with business conference centers, banquet halls, restaurants and shopping areas. By 2010, Reliance had completed over 750 hotel rooms and associated conference spaces. As the market evolved and baby boomers turned into empty nesters, high rise condominium construction became more common. Our vast experience in this domain ranges from affordable residential units for first-time buyers to condominium developments for seasoned buyers, complete with high-end amenities. In 2009, the Canadian housing market emerged from the recession and by 2010, Reliance had completed or had under construction over 3,000 condo units in eastern Canada.

"Downtown Toronto's Next address" is the third phase of Canderel Stoneridge's DNA project. Situated in the popular King West Neighbourhood, the building is very close to the trendy Liberty Village and within minutes of the entertainment, theatre and fashion districts and a short commute from the downtown core.
This 742,000 sf, 600-unit project includes 2 buildings joined by a retail podium, underground parking, three courtyards, rooftop terraces, and an all glass exterior facade. Units comprise nine foot ceilings, high-end finishes and spacious balconies.

328 Adelaide is a dramatic 40-storey glass and aluminum tower, designed by the award-winning architectural firm architectsAlliance, at the north-east corner of Adelaide Street West and Peter Street. This condominium project has an all glass façade, trendy interiors complete with modern kitchen and appliances, and vibrantly colored finishes.
For the 328 Adelaide project, Reliance worked with a team of professionals that delivered results: CentreCourt Development Inc. was the developer, architectsAlliance was the architects, ABLEngineering were the mechanical engineers, Jablonsky Associates the structural engineers, and Cecconi Simone Inc. the interior design firm behind it all.

Construction of new condominium, restoring the existing historic brick facade. Originally a two storey building, two additional storeys will be added, marrying a modern facade to the historic one below. To accommodate a new underground parking garage, underpinning of the existing facade and the neighbor's properties was necessary. The building houses 22 residential units with hardwood floors and European style kitchens.

Retrofit of a 1909 paper factory into an upscale loft style condominium in downtown Montreal overlooking a park. Originally six storeys, a complete reinforcement of the existing structure was necessary to carry an additional four floors. The building houses 98 residential units with 12' 0" exposed concrete ceilings and columns, exposed brick walls, and bamboo hardwood floors. Each unit is equipped with european kitchens, appliances, and plumbing fixtures.
